Interactive 3D map of the whole city from real-world scans

Build a living 3D map of the city using photogrammetry and 3D Gaussian splatting, starting block by block and neighborhood by neighborhood.

Instead of flat map tiles, the product is a browsable spatial model of real places: streets, storefronts, alleys, transit corridors, campuses, construction sites, parks, and public infrastructure. People should be able to move through the city digitally and understand the physical world with much more texture than satellite imagery or static Street View.

The long-term opportunity is a city-scale interface for planning, navigation, inspection, documentation, and discovery. Start with a few high-value areas, prove the workflow, then expand coverage over time.
